Sesame Street Cupcakes!
Cookie Monster
First, take a fairy cake (cupcake) chocolate or vanilla and cover it completely with blue icing! (for the icing take 140g of softened butter, 280g of icing sugar, 1tsp of vanilla extract and 1tbsp of milk and blend together the butter and icing sugar, then add the vanilla extract and stir in then add 1tsp of food colouring!)
Then, take some blue sprinkes (or special food glitter) and put some into a bowl. Roll the cupcake around until it is covered in the sprinkles or glitter! For his eyes, take some white chocolate buttons and squirt black food colouring dots onto them place them onto the cake, sticking them on with a dab of icing, so the pupils are pointing different ways. Next, take a knife and (not too deep) cut a smiling mouth in the cupcake! Finally shove a mini biscuit into his mouth!!!! Nom nom nom!
Elmo
Elmo is similar to Cookie Monster, but in red! Grab a cupcake and cover it with icing, then roll it in red sprinkles or glitter until covered. Get some white chocolate buttons and squirt black icing blobs onto them then stick on with a bit of icing! With a red M&M or smartie, place it just underneath the eyes, sticking in place with icing sugarand then draw on a smiley mouth with black icing!!!!

Cute Cake Pops!!!
Take a pre-baked cake and crumble up into small crumbs. Stir in about 5-10 tablespoons of buttercream (depending on how much cake you have crumbled!). Take a handful of cake mix and roll in into a ball. Then stick a (clean) lollipop stick into the middle and place on a tray. Repeat until no cake mix is left and place the tray into the fridge for 30 mins. Melt some chocolate, or candy melts (if you live in the UK, I found these in Hobbycraft!) in a bowl and dip each cake pop into it. While the chocolate is still runny, you could roll the pop in sprinkles or decorate with other things. Place on a tray and put it the fridge for another 30mins! Enjoy!
